Congratulations to our students in Grades 7 and 8 who were part of this year’s Mock Trial Team - your many hours of preparation paid off! The 6th Grade jurors were also an important part of trial day - thank you for participating. A huge THANK YOU to our parent volunteers who made the event possible: Magisterial District Judge Corryn Kronnagel, Mr. Keith Halloran, Mrs. Cori Martin, and Mr. Joe Pargola. What a wonderful opportunity and experience for our students!
Holy Trinity School students and staff recognized United Nations World Down Syndrome Day by "Rocking Their Socks" on Monday, March 22nd. Celebrating the theme "More Alike Than Different," participants wore mismatched or "crazy" socks to show their support.
Happy "Holy Trinity Day" 2021! While not the festive gathering the HTS Community has come to know and love, this very special Holy Trinity tradition was still held this year. While observing all safety protocol, students and staff celebrated the ninth anniversary of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia's decision to keep Holy Trinity School open! For the full history of the significance of Holy Trinity Day, please be sure to read Mr. McCusker's column in the March 2021 issue of "Mr. McCusker's Monthly Memo."
With the help of Mrs. Gnida, our First Communion Candidates are one step closer to their sacrament day. Today, they used a host press to make the hosts that will be used for their Frist Communion celebration - such a great opportunity to make their big day all that more special!
Congratulations to our Second Grade students who recently made their First Penance - they have been working hard to prepare for this sacrament! Thank you to Mrs. Preston and Mrs. Gnida for helping the children get closer to God in this very special way.
